5ms Uninterruptible Transfer Switch (UTS)

Uninterruptible Transfer Switch (UTS, transfer time 5ms) is suitable for dual-circuit power supply system (grid-grid) with AC 50Hz, rated insulation voltage 1,000V, rated operating voltage 400V and rated operating current 32A-800A. It is used to transfer electrical loads between power sources during the power failure to ensure continuous and reliable operation of critical loads (e.g. firefighting, etc.). UTS can be widely used in firefighting systems, high-rise residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, exhibition halls, shopping malls, hospitals, high-speed traffic systems, post and telecommunications, coal mines, chemical industry, ships and metallurgy with primary and secondary loads, including the places installed with dual-circuit power supplies and not allowed for long-term power outages. It can meet the special requirements of power plants and industrial sectors.

This product complies with GB/T14048.11-2016 and IEC60947-6-1: 2013 Low-voltage Switch gear and Control gear Part 6-1: Multiple Function Equipment - Transfer Switching Equipment.

 Normal Operation and Installation Conditions:

5.1 Normal operation conditions

     5.1.1 Ambient temperature

The upper limit of ambient temperature is not more than + 40℃, the lower limit is not less than-5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not more than + 35℃.

     5.1.2 Altitude

The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2,000m.

     5.1.3 Atmospheric conditions

The air should be clear and clean. When the maximum temperature is + 40℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example, the humidity can be 90% at + 20℃. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature change.

Do not use and store in the place with sulfide gas, ammonia sulfate gas or corrosive gas.

5.1.3.1 Storage temperature

Maximum + 60℃; minimum -20℃.

5.1.3.2 Pollution level

Level 3.

5.2 Special operating environment

In special environments, where the ambient temperature exceeds +40°C or is lower than -5°C, the altitude exceeds 2,000m, and the atmospheric environment is relatively harsh (beyond the range of the above atmospheric conditions), we can customize the product according to the actual operating condition so as to meet the user's needs.

Step 1. Set the dual power controller to manual mode.

Step 3. Pull the handle up and down to switch between common power supply and backup power supply.
