Usage:

When the common power supply fails, the dual power transfer switch can automatically switch between the backup power supply or the generator power supply to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of important loads.

Selective switching between two power sources can also be performed according to the needs of the load. The product has undervoltage and phase failure protection functions.

Main Structure

This switch is mainly composed of a contact system and an operating structure. Each pole contact system has a set of double switching contacts, and each set of contacts consists of one or more petal shaped contacts. The common power contacts and backup power contacts are interlocked through a connecting rod, ensuring that only one end is closed at any time. The operating structure is driven by electromagnetic coils, and the driving power supply is electrically interlocked with the contact transmission shaft through internal circuits, ensuring that only one of the driving coils works in both normal and standby states of the mechanism. The switch has mechanical and electrical interlocks, making it safe and reliable. Switches with 800A and below have a padlock device at the handle to prevent manual misoperation.
